Particularly if it is a question. A wrong answer sitting in the bank teaches a child the wrong thing and makes them sure of it, so a report naming the exact question is the most useful message this form gets.
Reporting a question. Paste the question text and say what you think the right answer is. That is faster to act on than a screenshot and it survives being forwarded.
Exam dates and forms. Those come from Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan, not from here. This site would only be repeating what it read somewhere, and that is how a deadline gets missed.
